As soon as you’ve identified a funding opportunity, connect with us to schedule your review. This allows our team time to create a customized outline, compile writing tips for your proposal, and assemble an experienced review team tailored to that grant. You’ll then submit a full draft of your proposal, and we’ll review it to ensure it meets the funder’s requirements and offer suggestions for improvement.

Review slots fill up fast. We do our best work when request review requests are received 3 weeks prior to grant submission deadlines, or before the funding announcement is released. These reviews are in high demand and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Act now to reserve your spot!

Grant Writing Coaching
Step-by-step coaching through the planning, writing, and submission of grant proposals.
Coaching is ideal for teams who are new to federal grant writing, are looking to refresh their skills, or are writing multiple proposals at the same time.
Before grant writing begins, you and your coach will discuss important elements of the funding opportunity and develop a work plan. The coach and other grant reviewers will evaluate your proposal section-by-section as they are drafted to ensure they fully address the funding requirements. Your coach will offer immediate suggestions for improvement, to keep your proposal on schedule.
What You'll Receive
- An expert-informed outline for your grant proposal
- Two 30-minute phone consultations with your coach
- Individualized feedback on each section of the proposal as it is written
- A 60% discount on a single proposal review, and the member discount on any additional reviews

Then, when the Notice of Funding Opportunities are released, we are here for you with webinars that focus on the specifics and highlight essential elements to include in grant proposals. We know it’s critical to submit a nearly perfect proposal, so we’ll guide you through budget impacts, analysis of competition, and a section-by-section overview of each funding announcement.
