Building Outreach Systems

2 Modules

Anticipating & Responding to Needs

Building trust, strengthening engagement, and connecting young people with services and supports can close the gaps when transitioning youth out of foster care.

This 2-module toolkit shares adaptable strategies to strengthen outreach efforts that respond to the needs of youth and young adults before they arise.

  • Part 1: Watch the Webinar shares the 90-minute interactive Building Outreach Systems webinar from our Youth Homelessness & Housing Team.
  • Part 2: Slides and Resources organizes the session materials by topic so you can click and download what you need, including webinar slides, a sample memorandum of understanding, and a program sustainability and succession planning template.
