Building Your Future After Foster Care

2 Modules

Postsecondary Education, Community Supports, and Your Voice

Life after foster care comes with big questions about where to live, how to pay for school, and how to find work. Originally a virtual convening, this 2-part toolkit was created with the needs of young people with experience in foster care in mind. You'll find housing, education, and career resources chosen for your situation so you can take your next step with confidence.
