Part 1: Watch the Transitioning Out of Foster Care Webinar

This 90-minute webinar recording shares real-world examples of how teams at different project sites closed service gaps, responded to young people's real needs, and helped them transition successfully into adulthood. Participants will gain practical ideas they can apply to strengthen programs serving young people with foster care experience.
